Kindly be reminded that all travelers to Malaysia must be in possession of passports that are valid for more than six (6) months, from the date of entry.

It is recommended that applicants contact their respective consulate office in advance for updates, and advise on documents required for their travelling application.

On our part, to facilitate the smooth entry upon your arrival at the Kuching International Airport (KIA), the secretariat would like to appeal for all participants to furnish ASAP the secretariat (via email at iaspsarawak2017@gmail.com) with the details, stated below.

The secretariat will then forward the necessary information to the immigration authorities at KIA. The required information is:
  1. Full name (as stated on the passport)

  2. Passport number

  3. Nationality

It has been made known to us there are a number of unauthorized websites promoting the

These websites are not at all connected to the conference. The organizing committee has not engaged any conferencing provider. These websites are instead promoting registration fees, hotel rooms, tours, with the intention of deceiving delegates and making money for themselves.

Thus, we advise all delegates directly to the proper website, to register and even look for reasonable hotel rooms and flight rates. Additionally, please direct all queries to the conference secretariat. Do not answer any queries or release any personal or payment information.

Airfare Discount

Any delegates wanting to buy flight tickets while using the Malaysian Airlines discounted rates and are unable to obtain the rates from the website, kindly contact the secretariat at iaspsarawak2017@gmail.com.

Hotel Shuttle Bus

For the duration of the IASP/MCPM conference, the organizing committee is providing free shuttle bus service for all the delegates. The bus service is available daily, and there are no charges for the two-way trip.

Delegates are advised to check the scheduling of the buses and be punctual at the designated pick-up points. The committee has identified pick-up points at the hotels stated below. Delegates staying at other hotels can utilize the free shuttle bus service and are requested to wait at the same designated pick-up points.
